- Using Our Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the operation or security of the website, knowingly introduce viruses or other harmful material, or reproduce or misuse our website content without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary.
- Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, specifications and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
However, photographs and colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
We reserve the right to correct genuine errors or inaccuracies on our website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights regarding goods that are not as described, of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose.
- Prices
All prices are displayed in £ (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, prices include VAT at the current rate.
Delivery charges will be displayed separately before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before your order has been accepted, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
- Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted when we confirm that the goods have been dispatched, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where:
- An item is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or product description error
- We are unable to obtain payment
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Delivery cannot reasonably be completed
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
- Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not normally have access to your full payment card details.
- Delivery
We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We aim to dispatch orders within the times stated on our website. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order is delayed or appears to have been lost, please contact us at info@cambridgeequine.com and we will investigate the matter.
- International Delivery
If we offer delivery outside the UK, additional delivery charges, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply.
Unless otherwise stated, any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges payable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are permitted to be imported into their country.
- Cancellation and Returns
If you purchase goods from us online, you normally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information about cancellations, returns and refunds.
Nothing in our returns policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
- Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:
info@cambridgeequine.com
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
- Products That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where permitted by law.
This may include certain:
- Personalised or bespoke products
- Perishable goods
- Sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Unsealed software, CDs or DVDs
- Other goods falling within applicable statutory exceptions
Where a particular product cannot be cancelled or returned under the statutory cancellation provisions, this will be made clear before you purchase the product.
- Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that products displayed on our website are available.
However, occasionally a product may become unavailable after you place an order.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.
